We will guide you through the design process to help ensure you are able to achieve your goals and aspirations for your project.

Planning / Building Regulations

You can leave the planning process to us. We have a comprehensive understanding of the National Planning Policy Framework and permitted development rights. We will relate your project to the relevant policies to allow us to navigate it through the planning process and improve your chances of success.

We also have considerable experience with conservation, including Conservation Areas and Listed Buildings, as well as building within the Greenbelt and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

We can also advise you on options relating to pre-planning advise and what approach to take when putting together a case for development.

When the time comes, we will provide the relevant information required for an application for building control sign-off and can assist with building control officer site inspections if necessary.

Construction

Whether you have experience with building works or this is your first project, we can be at your side throughout the build, helping you find and select a builder, and guide you through the tender and contract processes.

We have considerable experience of managing projects through the construction process, as well as administering construction contracts on behalf of our clients.
