What are the main goals for your project? This can include additional space requirements as well as any remodelling and renovations you feel are necessary achieve them.

Number of Bedrooms Required

This should include any permanent bedrooms as well as any flexible spaces that can be used as guest accommodation.

Additional Space Requirements (m2)

Approximately how much additional space are you hoping to create? This can include any new single storey and two storey extensions, as well as extensions over existing roofs, and conversion of existing lofts spaces, cellars and garages.

Project Budget

What is the maximum amount you are able or willing to spend, including construction cost and any project expenses such as Architect and consultant fees. This can change as the design progresses and can be a fairly rough estimate as it will mainly be used to ensure that any designs proposed are achievable within defined budget constraints.

Timescales

Do you have any time constraints that will determine when the construction works would ideally start or be complete.
